PlanSnap uses Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini API) to generate travel itineraries, maps, and cost estimates.

• AccuracyThe information provided (including prices, opening hours, and locations) is approximate and may be outdated or incorrect.
• VerificationYou are responsible for verifying all travel details, visa requirements, and bookings independently. PlanSnap is not liable for missed flights, closed attractions, or financial losses resulting from the use of our plans.

3. User Accounts & Security

• You must provide a valid email address to use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. PlanSnap is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. User-Generated Content & Branding

• LogosYou retain ownership of any logos or branding assets you upload to the "Custom Branding" feature.
• LicenseYou grant PlanSnap a limited license to host and display these assets solely for the purpose of generating your documents.
• Prohibited ContentYou may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Fees and Payment

• PlanSnap is a paid service ($79/year).
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Checkout User Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanSnap and its operator (Darko Cvetkovski) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
