1. Free Trial & Subscription

PlanSnap offers a 3-day free trial for all new accounts. You will not be charged during this period.

At the end of the 3-day trial, your payment method will automatically be charged the annual subscription fee of $79 USD.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

• To cancel, go to Settings > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription in the PlanSnap dashboard.
• If you cancel during the trial, your access will remain active until the 3-day period expires.

3. No Refunds After Charge

Once the 3-day trial ends and the $79 charge is processed, we do not offer refunds.

Since PlanSnap provides immediate access to digital goods (AI-generated itineraries, PDF exports) and incurs API costs upon use, all sales are final.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
